For optimal module installation, adherence to the following guidelines is recommended:

A) The installation surface must be smooth, free of scratches, bumps, and debris. B) When mounting the module to the heat sink, gently remove any oxide layer on the heat sink surface using fine sandpaper, wipe it clean, and then apply a thin, even layer of heat-conducting gel on the contact surface of the copper base plate and the heat sink. This ensures good contact and reduces thermal resistance. C) Secure the module to the heat sink surface using M5 or M6 flat battens and spring washers, tightening the screws with a force of (5±1) Nm. D) The main electrode wiring of the module should be made of copper strips with a smooth, flat, and sufficient contact surface. The contact must be secure, with the tightening torque being 3 Nm for M5 screws, (5±1) Nm for M6 screws, and (9±1) Nm for M8 screws.
